I simply wanted to add onto the previous post by another tennant. I recently found out that a girl was assulted and muged by some teenagers by the mailboxes at the front of the complex. When managment was told of the situation, they chose NOT to notify the other tennants of the possible danger stating that they did not want to "scare anyone."

To any one thinking of renting here or anyone thinking of renewing their lease...DO NOT DO IT! This event is only one of a long list of problems. And as for the car fire that was mentioned in another post...trust me, it was near my complex and I heard people screaming when it happened...that is the only way I know of the event...managment NEVER said a word or acknowledged that it happened.

And one more thing...my last water bill was $90...that's about $30 more than my electric bill and the only explaination I get from management is that they are "looking into it."

All of that must have happend after I moved in but to know that things like this have happened here and that they did not notify tenants is absured!! How many other instances like this have occured that no one knows about?
