The mgmt at this property is ridiculous. They are irresponsible and blame you for thier mistakes and turn around and charge you for them. The electric bills is always around $175 every month for a 1 bedroom apt. My water bill was almost about $40 last month. The rent may be cheaper, but the utilities suck! Maintenance is horrible. The kind of people that are moving in are making the place trashy. The mgmt has no concern for personal safety. Do not renew your lease. Do not sign a lease here. I'm moving out and I can't wait!
