I have lived here for about a year and a half...the first year was fine, then a new management company took over, Milestone Management. Since then, they are very unorganized in the office. I extended my lease for 6 months and at the end of my first term lease, a lady from the office was trying to get into my apartment to see if I was gone. I was home and told her I extended my lease for 6 months. HELLO!!! Shouldn't they have that on file' And the apartment is undergoing reconstruction, they decided to redo the wood on the outside of the apartments and repaint the balconies. They did not leave memo's for the tenants letting them know this was going to take place. I wake up around 7:30am to a pounding on my bedroom wall from the outside from them replacing the wood. It was ridiculous. I thought my wall was going to break. This was very disturbing seeing how I was not aware that this was going to take place. This went on for weeks on and off. Then you see men on your balcony painting. Again, there was no memo about this. Also...they leave cards on your door saying you owe a balance, but does not specify for what. It just says "$ please put in night drop", does not specify for what. The only time I enjoyed this apartment was before Milestone Management took over. The only good thing I can say about this apartment complex is that I have not had a problem with maintenance.I think since I live in a one bedroom, they have been prompt with all my maintenance requests considering they have been toilet issues. Also, there were new appliances put in when I moved in. This was one of the things that sold me on the apartment. One day I was using the microwave and a circuit cut out and the electricity in my living room and dining room cut off. I had to switch the breaker to turn back on. Now when I want to use my microwave, I have to set the power level from a 10 to 7 so the electricity does not cut out again. The gates are always broken...I mean always!!! Do not move into these apartments. I understand why I got such a good deal...my first year term was $455/month and now is $490. You get what you pay for!!!
