Worst place ever to live..

I just recently moved in about 2 months ago, and I have already noticed how ridiculous this apt is. We moved in, and we were given an inspection sheet to inspect the apt ourselves to make sure there was no damage, and if there was, WE needed to write it down. The maintenance people, or whoever cleaned the apt before me moved in was a joke. They were so lazy, that they painted over the dirt, and cobwebs and it's now embedded into the paint. My bathroom door does not shut because of a warped screw in the doorknob, my airconditioner does not turn off when I put it on auto. I called the maintenance people about these problems 3 days after I moved in and I have yet to see them fix anything!
The walkways and carports are always dirty. If it's not trash from the other tenants, it's leaves and dog droppings. They mow the lawn it seems as if once a month, if we are lucky.
There are loose pitbulls running around without leashes, other tenants partying til 3am, with loud music and you can forget coming home on a weekend night trying to park, because the lovely tenants and their friends have taken your ASSIGNED spot.
The gates never work, but one day I came home to a notice on my door, that said all tenants needed to come get the gate opener because the gates were going to be fixed the following day. There was a $35 fee for the opener but it was free for the 'newer' tenants. I went to get mine, thinking it would be free, because I was still a new tenant.. nope. I had to talk to the manager to get the gate opener, in which I got, but I still have yet to use, why' Because THE GATES STILL DO NOT WORK.
I was so sick of this place that I was willing to break my lease, so now I am in the search of a new apt, with a STABLE complex, and I went to J. Ellis Apt. Locators, and I explained to them my situation. I live in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom upgraded apt, and I pay $835/month. I told the agent this, and she literally laughed in my face, asking why I was paying so much, for a 30 year old complex..
If you move here, I feel sorry for you.
