I have lived here for a year and a half and lived in to different units. I liked this place at first cause you do get what you pay for but when I moved to a "upgraded unit" at which I pay outragous rent for, I now live next to CRACK dealers that have kids in which I feel sorry for cause they have to live in that kinda atmosphere. I have kept my mouth shut until recently cause I am scared for my life. I have seen them carry up mutiple guns NO JOKE....and not only that but seen the crack heads fight with him on how much he was supposed to get.... LONG STORY SHOT I AM OUTTA HERE!!!!

Ohh and not to mention the new manager is EXTREAMLY rude. When she asks you a question and you try to answer she will inturupt you beofre you finish thinking she has the answer. I hope that she can get this community in order. HOPEFULLY SHE WILL GET THE GATES FIXED... in the time I have lived here the gates have NEVER NEVER EVER EVER WORKED!!!!!!!!

I've worked for this community and lived on property. They tell people that they will be getting the gates fixed soon when they are prospective renters , but as soon as they get the keys thats it. They are not going to get the gates fixed because they don't get enough funding from the management company (Milestone Management). As far as the new manager is concerned, I still have a really good friend living on site and the new manager treats her horribly. (memo to new manager- Tia was better to work for and to live under). The only good people working there is Jana, and Kelly.You can count on them to do the right thing.(DON'T TRUST KRYSTAL she's only in it for the commissions and will lie to your face) As far as Drugs go, you will find that anywhere you go. Background checks are ran on prospective renters before they can live on property, but you can only do so much to prevent the bad from leasing with the property. My main issue was with the maintenance issues not being taken care of in my apartment or residents homes. Its horrible how things are ran on that property and their residents should be better taken care of for what they pay. They are dishonest and will do anything to get you to lease with them because they are commissioned based and with over 200 apartment units and so many people moving in and out. Thats a lot of money in their pockets.

I do agree with you on the drug thing. I am in the business as well and I know that you will have your typical pot heads but when you seriously see them dealing the crack, being asked if you need any and then hear the fighting of not giving enough crack for the money that was given.. It becomes a problem. I no longer feel safe with this property I am in fear of my life now. The fact I have seen WEAPONS being carried into that unit it SCAREY... I agree with you about Kelly. Kelly is the most honest one up there and I wish I could shrink her and put her in my pocket..;)KRYSTAL IS A BIOTCH!!!!!!....I think she is the fakest person I have ever met.. and as for the manager she is just rude as all get out...I hope this property burns down honestly.
