Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2009
 
Building 9 is simply awful. I have consistantly paid an very high water bill each month for the 2 years I lived there. The grounds were always unkept and there was trash everywhere. The management is not capable and reliable and should not be trusted. I have had several things stolen from my car and my door mat was stolen. You should not move in this complex.
