The new manager, which seems to change every month is nice. I will say that. But the lay-out in the apartments are horrible, who would put a water-heater in a food pantry' its disgusting. I see a cop car atleast once a week in these apartments. The oven doesnt work in our apartment and when we moved in they said they put in new carpet, that may have been true but they didn't change the mat underneathe so all these random black stains keep showing up which is gross and embarresing. They are not flexiable at all. We were short on our rent one time by 2 dollars and they left a note that night saying if we didnt pay it by the next day we would be kicked out. Also, I recently had surgery and was on disability and needed to pay rent a week late, they weren't willing to help at all. I just think thats horrible customer service, and when they say there is nothing they can do thats a lie, I've worked in apts. before, along with a lot of other customer service jobs. You can always help someone out. But hey what goes around comes around, its most likely why people skip out and just up and leave their apts with out notices. Also there are a lot of black bugs ive noticed all over the apt. Another way they could have helped was when the gates were acting up they closed in on my bumper and practically ripped it off, yet again they did nothing, not even an "I'm sorry". Frankly I can't wait to get the hell out of here and am counting down the days and wouldn't reccommend this complex to anyone! plus the parking is all weird there is no side walks to get to your apartment dont put cars right infront of the entrances... dumb!! plus the --------- play their music sooooo loud all the damn time it drives us crazy! oh and the weight room or lack of weight room mostly everything the whole 4 items they own half are broken or missing pieces, but their ballons out front are nice.

Middyboo, I agree with your complaints. I've been here before Milestone aquired this property about 3yrs ago. So, far the byout has NOT been successfully maintained. Im here for another 6mo. UGH.
