nice apartments horrible management

The apartments look nice, however I believe the problems with this complex originate with management. have had a series of water problems, they promised to clean carpets never did it, any maintenance takes several requests/demands and forms... not to mention possums! A renter downstairs would put food out and wild possums would be all over the place... informed management took them 6 mos! After all these problems I called to ask if i could pay the rent a few days late as I had alwyas paid on time and was not sure what to do and they began reciting the lease agreement.... where was the lease agreement when i had no water'
