It is very noise all the time due to neighbors thinking they are the only ones that live in the building. The entire management staff except for (stacy)should be replace because they are not very helpful at all. Somerset needs a new office staff that is willing to do their job and not stand outside every other hour smoking and talking loud waking up thier tentants........ some people do have jobs they must go to later than 8:00 am.
