I've lived here for 2 years now, and have mixed reviews. I really like the management staff; they've always been helpful and remember me when I come in the office. I've never had any problems with maintenance when I let them know what was wrong. On the other hand... I've had a ridiculous amount of bugs in my apartment. Spiders are really bad here, and I just started getting really large ants walking around. Also, like some of the other reviews, I can tell these apartments are getting a little ghetto. Some of the people that live here are very rude and obnoxious. People like to drive through the parking lot at about 3 am with their bass as loud as it can go. Every day. Other than that, rent is decently affordable and I like the grounds. Like I said, mixed review.
