We have lived here for 2 years and it is time to go. When we first moved here it was nice. Then we had loud neighbors upstairs and we had to bang on the ceiling for them to be quiet. We also had a drunk/stoned neighbor walk into our apartment because he thought it was his and he did this 2 times. Make sure to keep your door locked when you are home. Maintenance sucks. We had to ask several time for stuff to be fixes. Beware, the windows leak when it rains. Also, if you live in the back apartments, beware of the lady in the red FOrd Mustang. If you argue with her about anything she will call the police on you. The new office workers are horrible. It has definitely gone downhill since we've moved here and the pricing is too high for the quality of living. Don't move here.

my mom drives a red ford mustang and lives there. she has never called the police on anyone there. but she may not have lived there when you did (i think she moved there last summer) and/or there may be another lady with a red mustang there.
