I've lived here over 2 1/2 years and am leaving coem September. It's great if you like neighbors throwing loud parties lasting all night during the week. It's great if you like non-residents using the pools for their parties every weekend. If you want something done timely with maintenance, do it yourself. If you like your apartment managers to gossip about you and all the other residents behind your/others backs, then I have to say again, it's great. Some others said the windows leak... they don't leak... it's like a waterfall pouring in through the seals. And don't expect them to fix it I've requested mine be fixed three times. I didn't know this would happen at first and had my computer by the window. Let's just say one Texas spring storm and $600 later, I have a new computer. My friend's car was broken into and the stereo stolen. One of my neighbors dealt drugs. Water problems are constant. I understand a lot of these things happen everywhere, but don't expect the Somerset managers to do anything about any of it.
