The place was nice when we moved in and good value for money we felt. Then the problems started. Don't be fooled when they tell you what your estimated water and electric bills will be. The air conditioning system is out-dated and not good enough for the size of the apartment. If you like the INSIDE of your home to be 82F in the summer or more because the AC cannot cope, then live here. If you like your monthly electricity bill to be $300 in the summer, then live here. If you like your water, gas and sewerage bill to gradually creep up every month and for them to shut off the water due to their leaks then live here. Our lease was up and we needed to go month to month as we were going to buy a house and they put our rent up by another $110 a month for the "priviledge". No leeway for tenants who have always paid their rent on time or anything. Don't get sucked in by the great move in specials, cause it will bite you in the a** in the long run!

Another great reason to live here - your love of dog poop everywhere! Many dog owners who don't pick up after their pooches and leave their crap all over the place. It stinks! The management don't care either. In the summer, the smell is horrible!

The sofas that seem to be breeding by the dumpsters is fun also. Not one week will pass by before another appears. There cannot really be that many people moving out of here and getting rid of their old furniture can there' No, it's people coming onto the complex from outside and dumping their old junk that WE pay for to get removed.

As a whole, the complex is in need of a major overhaul! They badly need some decoration and new AC systems to be installed. The management and maintenance staff are friendly but seem to change staff frequently.

I agree with you they had plenty of large objects that could not make there way to the dumpster, dog poop was everywhere you caution (be aware of dog crap in the grass everywhere). The water bill was ridiculous it was up there some time with my electric bill which average me about $60 a month. I never ever in my life of renting had to pay such prices. I'm telling this place is not the best place to live.
