Okay so I agree with many of these reviews and I have lived here for several years. True, the trash bins are full of large furniture every week. True, dog poop is a common ground cover in the complex. True, the management sucks. The water bill is OUTRAGEOUS and only last year when our AC unit was replaced did our electric go down to a normal range. Appliances are outdated, bath tubs are more slippery then ice, noisy neighbors are unavoidable (and the main cause of us moving) and cars are broken into every so often. BUT, there are police patrols regularly (which could be bad or good) the grounds are beautiful, and they do have a screened in porch which is nice. Maintinance is usually quick and through. Overall, more bad then good and I would suggest another appartment complex down the street before the one I live in!!
