Moved in February of '08. There was some miscommunication about the features when I moved in; I wanted a fireplace and also 1st floor, turns out later it's either-or and they had no trouble changing my lease to a unit with a fireplace.

The complex isn't brand new, but it's very well landscaped; plus the layout makes it more homey and less like a beehive. Fitness center is very well equipped, also the pool and hot tub area is kept very neat. Some of the more expensive units have washer dryer hookups; mine does not, and I have no real complaints about the laundry facilities...they are clean and well lit with large windows; so one can feel safe doing your wash late at night. The grounds also has a free car wash, something I've not seen before in a complex.

The office staff is very friendly and are always helpful; there's a computer room with printers as well for use by tenants. The maintainance crew are likewise friendly; I had a few holes in my patio screen and some gaps due to minor warp in the wood...took them a couple tries to understand what I wanted fixed, but they were always prompt and friendly.

The complex offers water and gas as monthly utilities; I'm in a 1 bedroom and it's not been more than $35 in a month, this with repairs (now completed) on one of the water mains in the complex. I'm really not sure why the grief from "unhappyrenter75067"; unless this person is just an employee from another complex trying for bad PR...or it might be as "What is the problem, it's you!" put it, some folks are just never happy and enjoy complaining even when there's nothing to gripe about.

Tenants seem normal. There's a large variety here, anything from college students to families with kids. Noise from outside, when there is any, can be heard; but there isn't much of it here. Inside, the walls are thick enough that you can't hear your neighbors. They seem to have social events here at least once a month; not my thing but you can't say they aren't friendly.

Rent here was just a touch higher than a few others in the area; but I can say I'm very glad I spent the extra cash, I'm quite satisfied with my choice and would recommend the place to anyone.
