Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2008
 
MOVED IN JULY 2004, WILL RENEW AGAIN FOR ONE YEAR IN JANURAY, RENT HAS GONE UP ONCE THAT WAS LAST YEAR AND ONLY 20.00 NO NEW INCRESE THIS RENEW YES SOME TIMES OTHERS ARE TO LOAD, BUT IF YOU TAKE THE TIME TO TALK WITH THEM MOST WILL UNDERSTAND AND KEEP IT DOWN, AND YES I'AM ON THE FIRST FLOOR. I BELIVE THIS PLACE IS AS SAFE AS ANYOTHER, GATED PLACES ARE EASY TO INTER BEHIND ANYONE THAT LIVES THEIR.
