Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2009
I have lived here for over 4 years and about to sign for another year. I received a letter from the manager about my new lease and they are actually lowering my rent, which is unheard of in apartments. I have never experienced any of the things that some of these people are stating about somerset. The grounds are beautiful and the apartment itself is very big and I feel safe to stroll the complex at any time of day or night. I always reccommend friends that I know to live here and 2 of them already do and love it as much as I do.
