My apartment had a VERY bad rat problem. Rats everywhere...even in the oven. There were fleas in the carpet as well. I broke the lease and paid a crap load of money to move. Stay far away!!!

I live in these apartments now and have for some years. I can say that they were not rats but mice. They were field mice from the field across the lake where they built those office buildings. The apartments set out poison and now there are no more mice. (I never had any since I have a cat.) As far as the fleas...I have never had any fleas in my apartment either but I don't allow my cat outside. Don't get me wrong, I have my fair share of complaints on these apartments but I don't want to move so that my children won't have to switch schools. (They love their current school.)

Well rats, mice...It's still a rodent that carries disease and rabies. I have a small child that likes to play on the floor and I never felt comfortable because first of all the carpet was horendous. They did not give me new carpet and it had fleas in it. Who wants their baby to play on carpet that (mice) has been running around on. But what made me decide to break my lease was when I found a mice in my oven. Are you freaking kidding me. What if I were cooking and he landed in my casserole LOL. Anyway after contacting my own exterminator and had to pay out of my pocket the problem didnt get any better. There was mice all outside, by the mailboxes. This place is infested. I'm happy I moved far, far away.
