great size one-bedroom apt for someone on a budget. office personnel and mainenance were always available. unforunately, the buildings do not have w/d connections, it's next to a shopping mall (noisey at times), and there's some kind of "rule or regulation" about not being able to upsize from a 1-bedroom to a 2-bedroom apt, or vice versa(so i moved out). otherwise, i'd recommend this complex to others.
