Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005
 
Ive lived here for 3 years with no problems! friendly staff, any maintenance issues fixed in a timely manner. The area can be noisy due to being by a shopping center, but I never hear other people through the walls.
Cons- no pool, fitness, or playground.
