Everyone has been so nice, neighbors are quiet and so is neighborhood inside the complez. My maintance problems were taken care of right away when I went to talk to the manager myself. I liked what the other poster said who has been here for over 4 years, she made very good points and I know her personally and she is not the manager, she is a tenant.
Anyone can find anything negative about everything if they want to. Just working with the office staff has been nice and things have been fixed right away. electric bill is a bit high but we called out electric provider and researched problems and tips online and found alot of things that we could do to lower it and it worked.

And other poster is right, all apt complexes show units that are show units, anyone knows that and "anonymous" your comment to her just showed your true intent and probably how you also spoke to the staff here which is maybe why you don't get the same results that grown ups do when they go to speak to the manager or the staff.

It is a safe, good place to live. Maybe an anger managment class would help you Anonymnous or at the very least a class that teaches life in the real world and how to use tact.
