When I moved in the management was nice and kept the property nice and clean. During the time I lived there, management had changed and the property was starting to look horrible. Other residents were starting to hang blue tarps over their balconies, which looked very unattractive. Also during the summer time my A/C broke and I called their 24 hr. maintenance(yeah right)to call in my a/c not working. No one ever came to my apartment to fix it. I had to sleep in a 90 degree apartment. They finally came the next day to fix the a/c.
After this my a/c stopped working several times after this and my electric bill was sky high. The maintenance (some young kid) does not know what he is are doing.
