When I first moved in, I hadn?t planned out living there for 3 years, but I did. Despite some negative aspects, the complex was overall a very pleasant place to live for 3 years.

However, it wasn?t so pleasant when I moved out because I was WAY OVERCHARGED for repairs/cleaning fees upon move-out.

For just about every pro at this complex there is a con.



* Rent price is reasonable BUT apartment is kinda small for the money.

* Rent includes 1 covered parking space BUT its probably not near your apartment, and parking is horrible if you have more than 1 car. Forget about visitors.

* Rent includes "monitored" alarm BUT my alarm was never set up to be monitored in 3 years.

* Has an access gate BUT gate is usually broken, making it a real pain to get out.

* Complex itself is small and pretty quiet BUT the street intersection is very busy and noisy. Traffic light is very long to get out of the complex.

* Staff is usually friendly BUT management changed 3 times while I lived there. New manager (Jackie) is difficult.
