I've lived in Vista for a year now and can honestly say, overall that it's been okay. Of course, I had a couple of problems but the good far outweighs the bad. One problem is the parking...i have to agree with some of the previous reviews, it does suck there! My parking space was nowhere near my apt and when I asked for a closer one, was told that it was assigned and that they could not reassign them per mgmt..(yeah whatever) Also, my toilet flooded a few times. But as I said, the good outweighed the bad. I was in a very big apt (almost 800 sq ft) and paid only $569. To me it was a mini-home. I really hate to leave but I work in a different city. If it wasn't for that, I'd still be there. Some of the staff are friendly and I was never worried about safety...no break in problems, etc. The manager is a pain though! So as long as you don't have to deal with her, you'll be fine!
