It is true that the parking here sucks and that over all it is a pretty good place to live.
I am glad that I do not live over at Edgewood Village or Rockbrook Village for that matter. I have Heard that there is alot of crime going on over there and I have seen and heard the cops around there alot.

As far as the maintenance guys go. Well it would be nice if the head maintenance guy knew how to speak and read english and for that matter even work here a full day. Why do they keep on hiring all these -------- who do not have their papers or green cards'

The girls in the office talk about how the head maintenance guy never shows up for work at the time he is to come in but that he just comes and goes at his own time table, he doesn't do a good enough job to have the work orders done in the 24 hour time frame he just tells everyone including the office that he has to "order parts".
I didn't know that it took 4 months for a new door lock. You would think that they could of went to Walmart and got one to replace my broken lock.
They keep hiring all these flunkies that do not have the proper papers to work here in the US and on the A/C units or even plumbing.

I know this because I have been living here for 6 years and have seen the good and the bad come to work here.

I am glad that we have a manager who is always on top of things. She does try to keep things flowing here smoothly.
I do like living here, but as far as getting my service requests done. I will wait till they find someone who knows what they are really talking about. Not the guy that they have here now.
But for me I give the girls in the office an A for being friendly, smart, willing to help you out as much as they can, responding to calls when it come our service request and the maintenance dept. F--
for being slow to act, slow to fix things when called in, slow to give a rats ass about their jobs. If they don't like what they are doing then I say go somewhere else.
