I have lived in Vista Springs for three years. It has overall been a good expierence.
My apartment is large for the price. I like the crown molding and open floorplans.

The only issue I have had is with the horrible insilation and outdated A/C units. My electric bills are HUGE becuase I cant keep cool air in during the summer, and freeze during the winter. My AC/heating unit runs 24/7 and it still isnt comfortable on very hot or cold days.

The apartment management also seems to find excuses to enter everyones apartment. It was running twice a month for awhile but has recently slacked up, thankfully. It is just an annoyance having someone you dont know in your apartment when your not there. A pet peeve.

I have lived here for over 6 months (100 degree and 28 degree weather alike) and have only had one small AC problem. Much better than my old place where the AC went out once a month and took just as long to get fixed. I'm very impressed here. After talking to one of the maintenance guys, I found out that my AC unit is 10 years old but most of the parts on it are only 1-3 years old. Looks can be deceiving I guess. And I am home all day and the only time anyone has come to my door was when I called them to, or when the bug guys came. Oh, and the one time they did the inspection and changed my AC filter for me while they were there. :) But they let us know in advance.
