To the person who just posted before me, yes parking is scarce but that is why you have a carport. Why don't you try parking there' Why would you pack up and move over such an insignificant issue' Have you put your problem in writing to the manager' I did this, and my problem was resolved. If I remember what they told me while I was signing my lease, not being able to get into your apartment is an emergency and high priority to repair.
But I did not write a review just to converse with other residents, I am actually a very satisfied resident here at Vista Springs. The property is older, but has been maintained very well and my service requests are always done quickly. The staff has been nothing but nice each time I have spoken with them. My only real complaint is that I cannot get a satellite due to the fact that I do not face the right direction, but that is not the fault of the apartments. I should have specified my need before I moved in. As I stated above, my only other problem was quickly resolved after speaking to the manager and I am quite pleased with my home. I live near the pool area and I have not had to call and complain about noise. I was a little worried that I would during the summer due to the kids being out of school. Overall I am very happy that I chose this complex. I would happily recommend it to my friends.
