shrubs are not properly cut, there is grass that needs to be edged. Fire ant mounds, the play ground is to close to a dranage ditch which the kids can fall in when they are playing. We have snakes in the brush. There is mold in the windows that I asked to be checked and it wasnt. Trash by the dumpster is on the ground most of the time, we need bigger dumpsters. Kids cant play ball in front of your own appartment. I have never known an appartment complex that would not spray for bugs once a month. Only when someone moves out if we are lucky. And the rent should not go up so we can have that. I don't know why we can't have any animals. When cats get rid of mice and bugs. Dogs are ok to. As long as the owner picks up after they take care of their business. When we moved in the walls weren't painted, the carpet wasn't cleaned not only that, I still had to clean before I unpacked my things. Another thing, we cant have a washer and dryer in our appartment, I don't know why when that would help us out. Also i can't stand neighbors that have to know what you are doing and have to tell the land lord or someone else on you.

Well...I WAS thinking about looking at these apartments as a possiblity for me and my son. After reading this review...I DEFINITELY wont be looking to live here. Im not the kind of person to go off of what others say, but whoever this person is must be telling the truth to take out the time to write this long review. Thanks
