I've lived in the Cedar Knoll Apartment complex for about three years know, and the experience has by far been the best out of any apartment I've lived in.

Parking: There is a fairly large parking lot, but there are no private garages or coverings. It's not that big of a problem though because it is a very safe community even for being a block away for a highway, there have never been any problems what so ever.

Noise: This is probably the biggest problem in these apartments. The noise is not unbearable, but occasionally you can her the neighbors if they're talking loud or if their television is turned up on a high volume. It's definitely not a reason to avoid the apartments though. There is currently a high number of small children here that run around playing and yelling, and get over excited and loud on the playground. Most parents try to keep control of them though.

Grounds: The main parking lot is concrete, but on the higher levels there are some plants along the top, but it's no scenic garden, but it's not trashy of anything. Any time the grounds do get littered on, or leafs start to take over, the manager or some of his handy men go and pick up the trash and clear leaves. On the grounds there is a laundry mat with washers and dryers, you just have to put in a few quarters to get it to work.

Safety: There are spot lights above each stair well, and a large light over the drive into the parking lot, and each apartment has their own outdoor light for if you're coming home late and want to have your door lit. As far as I know, there has only been one incident since I've lived here involving safety when these two stupid kids attempted to steal someones car, but they got kicked out immediately, as any one who tries to break the apartment rules does.

Construction: None to worry about unless maintenance is there, but even then, it's not anything to complain about in the slightest.

Maintenance: If something goes wrong, they are usually there within a few days, or if it's something major, they'll be there even sooner than that, they get the issues solved correctly most of the time, but if it's still not right after they, they will come back and fix it again.

Staff: The managers are absolutely wonderful. It's run by a couple who are very professional in everything they do and are also very friendly. They care very much about the apartments and all the residents living there to make sure everything is of good quality. One thing that is really nice is that every month, they hire someone to come and spray all of the apartments to keep bugs out, (and no, they do not look through your things or pry into your business and you do not have to pay for it).

Price: The price is very reasonable, especially considering that all bills are paid except for the electric bill. By the way, basic cable is also included free with every apartment. The heating and AC bill is very reasonable even during the temperature extremes.

Other: If there is anything wrong with the apartments before you move in, say the carpet is nasty or something, they will come in and put entirely new carpet in or fix whatever has problems. The only problem with my apartment is that the dishwasher doesn't work, but we just end up hand washing dishes and get along just fine without it. Also, if you need a giant bathroom and mirror space, you're out of luck, you can tell a man designed the bathrooms because there is a lack of counter space, but there are some cabinets to use in place of it.

Pet Policy: They recently(a few weeks ago) started allowing pets into the apartments with a deposit fee of either $400 or $500, but I'm not sure which, and I don't know of the restrictions placed on it, but I do know I've seen a dog. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV

Well! First and foremost, your grammar is horrible. Second,Cedar Knoll apartments in Lindale, Texas and it's owner especially are by far the absolute WORST ever! I have lived in some bad places in Tyler, Texas in bad neighborhood's, but the owner is pathetic! I honestly do not know how the man sleeps at night? Good day, idiot.
