- I haved lived in the bateman apartments. The day I moved in I pointed out several things that needed to be fixed, like the drawers were falling out of allignment. I had no light covers in the kitchen as well as no drip pans in the oven. The place was crawling in roaches and was filthy. Safe your life! This place is by far the worst place to live.
First of all, there is an on-site portable dumpster that the manager goes out to jump in to save space. Seriously, he's making enough money to afford two dumpsters.
