I would have to say that management is not the best. Very unprofessional, and unorganized.They do not return any phone calls, but they expect my payment every month on time!!! My apartment was not even ready when I moved in, and they had no clue about what my rent was supposed to be.Thank goodness I read over the lease, because my monthly rent was typed wrong on my lease. The price they want for these apartments are not worth it. There is dog poop everywhere, the hallways are so dirty, half of the outside hall lights do not work, so that is a security issue itself. This is a great location but not worth all the money they are asking.I will not renew when my lease comes up. Do they have any rules out here' It looks like everyone does what they want.
