I just moved into these apartments about 3 weeks ago and before moving in I thought they were great and beautiful. I still believe they are beautiful and that the floorplans they have are great but having lots of problems with it being a new apartment.

One week after moving in the plumbing in my building got backed up. So when I went to wash my clothes I noticed that I had all the water backing up into my tub. I called it in and the maitenance guy was rigth out, which is great. He wasn't able to fix it that night so I had to sleep in an apartment that smelled like s**t. This morning after a nice and much needed rain storm here I wake up to the maitenance guy asking me if water leaked into my apartment. Apparently the apartment above me got flooded and it was leaking down the wall. They were getting it fixed which is great but not convienent for me because on my day off I had to hear drilling all morning. I'm not complaining because I would rather them fix it than just let it sit there and the maitenance guys are great and respond very quickly. These are just problems with new apartments.

The staff is great and very friendly but of course I have a problem with them. I have only been here 3 weeks and so many problems already. I'm not going to go into that issue because they are saying they told me one thing when I know they told me something different.

I really love this place and think these apartments are great but so much drama after only 3 weeks is too much. Hopefully after I get everything straightened out I won't have any more problems because I don't know how much more I can take. Oh and from the last review the garages are really expensive, $65 a month, but I took one anyway because I love my car. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
