Nice floorplans, great pool/clubhouse. WHINY neighbors. Don't plan on living here unless you can guarantee your dog will NEVER bark...EVER! Management will more side with the party complaining than work with both parties equally. It's never the problem of the whiny, picky perfectionist...it's your problem.

They have nice little resident-appreciation thingies such as snacks/breakfasts at the entrance gate in the morning.

Did you have to pay an outrageous pet deposit? I'm looking into renting here but I've never seen such a huge NON-refundable pet deposit.

I'm considering moving into these apartments and I have a pet. I read two other reviews in which they stated that they were both charged close to 1500.00 to replace the carpet for pet damage. They both claim in their review that there was no damage done to the carpet. Did this by chance happen to you?
