I was just looking to move here and filed an application. I specifically asked the rep what would be done with the app fee and she answered it would not be cashed until I decided I wanted the apt. I thought this was unusual, but every complex has its own rules. To my surprise, the check was cashed AFTER I called to tell them I was moving somewhere else. This can only mean 1 of 2 things: the rep didn't know what she was doing or she knowingly lied. Also, the management mysteriously became unavailable when I tried to tell them what happened. Anyway, I'm more glad than I originally thought to not be living there. Hopefully any residents have better experiences than I did at the Springs.
