Springs at Live Oak

I lived here for over a year, and didn't like it at all. I only stayed because I was only in the area for a year and didn't want to find a new place. When I first moved every thing was broken and in disarray. My movers came by to drop my stuff off, but couldn't because the carpets were dirty with paint and gum all over them, mind you this is a brand new appartment at the time. I lived there for only a few weeks when I noticed a mold spot on the carpet, I told the management, they told me to have the carpet cleaned. This did not solve the problem, on top of that the carpet is impossible to keep in its original condition no matter how much you vaccuum it. One day one of the employees was installing a fan in my livng room and dropped it on my brand new coffee table nicking and scratching it pretty badly, I told management they did nothing. The air conditioning in a 2 Br does not cool the small bedroom we had them try to fix this on several occasions, instead we just ended up paying $140/MONTH in electricity. to top it off 60 days after I moved out they sent me a bill for over $1,500 for the carpet, which nothing was even spilled on it was just walked on. they think I'm liable just because I had a dog (the $300 pet fee was paid) If you have further questions feel free to email me at Ryda0807@yahoo.com also if you go there make sure to have them show you the play area!! its a drainage pond in the middle of the apartment complex.
