Staff not attentive to your needs. Seems like they only care when it affects them directly. Its just "pay us and go away". Maintenance is way to slow. The heating/AC bill is through the roof because they have the cheapest A/C units available. I had my temp gauge replaced 3 times! It shoudln't be that way. You can even hang an American Flag outside your door. How patriotic is that' None of my doors closed right. The floor squeaks. Especially going down the stairs. Thin walls. The list goes on!! I'm in the military and they could less. Will never ever recommend this place to anyone. Over priced. You should definatley judge this book by its cover!!!

I have enjoyed living here. The heating/AC bill is the cheapest I have ever paid. I am from Fort Worth, Texas originally and compare July 2006 where I paid $250 for an apartment smaller than the one I am in now to July 2007 $81. And, we keep our apartment temp around 72-73. For the year and half my husband and I lived in Fort Worth we never had a bill lower than $81 much less paying that little in July.
