I would advise anyone to steer clear of this apartment complex. I lived there from Feb 2006 until July of 2007 and in that period of time, none of my requests for maintenance were completed. Also, be aware if you have pets. They charged me over 1,000 dollars to replace all of the carpets because of "pet treatments" after I moved out. They care only about making money and the office staff that I dealt with were always rude and abrupt. There are much nicer complexes with lower rates throughout San Antonio. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C

I'm considering moving into these apartments and I have a pet. I read your review as well as another about being charged an excess amount to treat the carpets. I have a dog and if I do decide to move here I don't want that happening. If you don't mind me asking did they specify what kind of treatments were needed? Also, what about the pet deposit, what ever happened to that I would think since it's not refundable that should have paid for it. I'm sorry for the questions but that's a big concern to me.

Did you really expect to have the proprty pay for you to have pets especially if damages are made by them. Don't want to have these problems you should have your own house.
