This place is terrible. The parking really really really bites. Maintenance is slow too. I had a toilet problem and said it wasnt an emergency so I had to wait til monday to get it fix. If you do sign the lease check out your apartment and see how far you have to walk to get to your apartment.

Just because your too cheap to pay for the garage option, and still expect to be walk right into your apartment - Next time you have a minor - self fixable plumbing problem buy a plunger don't whine that they don't want to pay a licensed plumber double time on the weekend because you didn't pay attention to how much toilet paper you used! Great staff! Beautiful complex, prompt and polite maintenance!

why is that people think that everything they have a propblem with they can't fix it themselves. Did you have two toilets is that the reason they told you to wait till monday. Or did you call at the crack of dawn to call your emergency. Has anyone lived somewhere there are no problems, if you want to walk to steps to your front door buy a house with a garage. And then call a plumber to fix your toilet or are you going to fix it your self.
