Having read all of the other reviews, I wonder if they're living in the same complex as me. My wife and I have lived here for almost two years with our two dogs. We have never had any complaints. All of our maintenance requests have been handled promptly (within 24 hours). The staff is friendly, professional and helpful. The neighbors are all wonderful. Our average electricity bill is around $75 and we keep the apartment COLD. Parking is more than adequate. The only thing that irritates me is the frequency that the front gate is out of order.
