I lived here for two years, it was the biggest mistake of my life. they were brand new, but built like crap, everything broke had $160 cooling bills in the summer. to top that off they charged 4 of my friends over $500 in damages after they moved out even though they had an inspection that said everyhting was fine. (they even sent the bill more than 30 days after they moved) they are crooks. when I moved in there was no lights at all in the house, they made me buy light fixtures for the house. the maintenance person also dropped a something on my coffee table and refused to fix it. They are not be trusted in anyway. especially the management.
