Regency Park

 
Regency Park Apartments has many things that sets it apart from the others in this area. The first reason, the entire staff is over and beyond helpfull. The residents are their first concern and it shows .Next, the grounds are always well maintained with a beautiful park in the center for kids/families. My greatest concern when moving into a new city was safety. Regency Park is quiet,ample lighting, with safety officer on the property. I have no worries walking my pet at any hour. This is a wonderful place to live.

I would recommend not walking your dog at 2 in the morning anywhere near the entrance on Gilmer or Fairmont -­ there is a man who lurks in that area, as my husband and I have experienced, who will follow you around and ask for money. I've never encountered him alone, so just be sure you're careful.
