Decent Apt's for the money - I stayed there for 6 months before getting transferred. I would recommend them and had I not been sent elsewhere would still be there. Spacious
Cons:
Slow maintenance
Strange office hours
Money order rent checks
Construction, not apartments fault

Not too bad for the price - I lived in Atlantis for a year and a half. The rent was very cheap for similar housing in the same area.

So if you own a nice car, or one that is low to the ground, expect extra expenses incurred from just driving down this road. Just say NO - If you move in to Country Village Apartments, the first thing you will notice is that the road needed to be repaved a good 10 years ago. So if you own a nice car, or one that is low to the ground, expect extra expenses incurred from just driving down this road. I will say that things are very old. The ceiling is warped and the doorframes are rotting away. There is no dishwasher but I´m not so lazy that I need one. I do wish they had on site laundry.

Its cheap - I´ve lived here for almost 2 years now. It is really cheap (I pay 290 for a 1 bedroom) and much larger than other apartments I´ve been in.
I will say that things are very old. The ceiling is warped and the doorframes are rotting away. There is no dishwasher but I´m not so lazy that I need one. I do wish they had on site laundry.
