Ashton Pointe is very over priced and you will be responsible for ALL bills on top of the expensive rent. You can get much nicer for the same price or something just as decent for way cheaper. Keep Looking... - My apartment at Ashton Pointe is very nice but beware. My water bill is EXTREMELY high for a 1 bedroom apartment. I hardly use it and it is still 80 bucks. Ashton Pointe is very over priced and you will be responsible for ALL bills on top of the expensive rent. You can get much nicer for the same price or something just as decent for way cheaper.
