Terrible place to live - I chose College Pointe mainly for the reason that accept pets, and allowed me to move in quickly. These were/are the only benefits to living in this filthy apartment complex. There is a definite problem with roaches, and flooding. Thankfully I do not live in a bottom floor apartment, because they are constantly flooding.
