I've lived here since August of 2003, and so far, so good. I've only had one maintenance problem and it was handled the next day- some apartments here are a bit on the ------ side (that's because the have phase 1, phase 2, and phase 3) Phase 1s are old and they kind of look old, but i'm in a phase 2 and i like it- it looks new and it has crown molding and stuff- the office staff is really willing to help me as far as relocating into one of their duplexes- and overall, i'd recommend this place
