i've lived here since august 2003. it's a bit on the expensive side, but i usually believe that you get what you pay for. we're in the phase III section, so it was brand new when we moved in. it's pretty quiet around here usually, i guess the higher price keeps some of the noisier people away, so it's not too bad. maintenance requests have been taken care of pretty quickly for us, next day or two usually.

staff have always been friendly. rooms are nice. easy to get to campus from here, just right down 4th street, traffic isn't usually bad. can't say i have any complaints overall except that it'd be nice if the price wasn't so high heh.
