These apartments are very nice and very well taken care of. Repairs were almost always made within the day of reporting them and the staff was always friendly and helpful.
One problem we encountered was before moving in we were put on a list in February for a July move in date. As of July 1 they still had not yet called us to let us know if we were going to have an apt. ready for us. Upon calling them, they seemed to have "lost" our name and forgotten about all the money they already had from us. They scrambled to find us an apt after we pointed this out to them and after we drove from our homes at the time, 3 hours away, to meet with them face to face.
Another problem arose after we had moved out. We kept getting electric bills that stated the electricity was still being used in the apt. After talking to the apt. staff and the electric company, it was found to be the apt. staff's fault and we have yet to receive a clear balance with the electric company.
Despite these problems, I would highly recommend this complex to anyone. Families and students alike. Large rooms and new appliances.
