I loved living in Ashton Pointe, it's not too noisy and the apartments are nice. It's impossible, however to get anything done through the office. My a/c froze several times before they finally just replaced it. They tracked mud into my apartment and it took me at least a month of constant phone calls to get the carpet cleaned. Even though they claim to never come into your apartment without a work order, they do, for no reason. But you can't get the office staff to actually put in a work order when you need it. Once, someone came in, I'm not sure why, and turned my a/c down 10 degrees below what I usually keep it and left it that way for 4 1/2 hours. When I called the office to complain, a staff member informed me that SHE keeps her apt that cold and that the workers must have been hot...Like that matters. My dishwasher was broken at least 4 times and they acted like I was doing something to break it. My friend moved in here and there were several things wrong with her apartment that hadn't been fixed before she moved in. She is also having problems getting things done. She has lived there less than a week and her a/c has already frozen and turned off. The work out room isn't up to parr with how much you pay a month, but the pool isn't ususally busy and you get covered parking for residents.If you keep on the office staff to get things done, it's a good place to live
