We had a 2 bedroom apartment and it had this VERY narrow spiral staircase that creaked and I feared that it would break every time we went up and down. We had to manage to get all of our furniture for the upstairs bedroom up by getting it over the loft-style balcony in the apartment. It was terrible.
The noise and smells in this apartment were gross. VERY LOW QUALITY MATERIALS used within the apartment. Peeling linoleum, dingy carpet, etc. It also took 3 months (And over a dozen persistant phone calls) for me to receive my deposit once I moved out. We got charged for things that were already messed up to begin (And noted when we moved in) with but I had such a hard time getting the money in the first place that I just let them have their stinkin' money.
The staff seems clueless. They were slow to fix problems in the apartment and slow to find answers to your questions.
If they hadn't been so cheap, we would have moved somewhere else...
