Not too bad for the price

I lived in Atlantis for a year and a half. The rent was very cheap for similar housing in the same area.

Pros:
Short walk to campus
Loft layout
Spacious

Cons:
Slow maintenance
Strange office hours
Money order rent checks
Construction, not apartments fault
Moving furniture upstairs
Parking in dimly lit alley
